## Two connected apps, two responsibilities

The Provider Console is the clinic workspace for managing patients, protocol templates, assignments, adherence, alerts, team access, and organization settings. The PeptIQ patient app is the patient-owned workspace for reviewing and responding to assigned plans, logging injections, and sharing consented health information.

- Providers author and assign care plans; patients review and act on them in their app.
- Patients control consent to clinical data such as injections, labs, vitals, protocols, and messages.
- The console summarizes operational and consented clinical data; it is not a replacement for an EHR or the source medical record.

## Know the main work areas

1. Use Dashboard for clinic-wide activity and quick operational signals.
2. Use Analytics for adherence and alert trends; hover the ? tips on each chart for definitions, then open Adherence or Alerts for follow-up.
3. Use Revenue for peptide cost, sell price, and projected monthly margin (not an accounting ledger).
4. Use Patients to invite people and open a patient chart (profile photos come from the patient app when shared).
5. Use Protocols to manage clinic templates and review assignments.
6. Use Adherence and Alerts to prioritize follow-up; location nudge tolerances live in Settings.
7. Use Education for clinician peptide literacy and Ask Research.
8. Organization administrators use Finish clinic setup once, then Team and Settings for access and configuration.

> **Operational scope today**
> The Provider Console does not include storefront checkout, fulfillment automation, PDF/export workflows, or an actionable reorder queue. Revenue forecasts peptide margins from active protocols and clinic prices — it is not an accounting ledger. Companion systems such as Forge can handle ecommerce fulfillment while PeptIQ keeps the adherence loop inside the clinic.

## Recommended first workflow

1. Confirm the clinic name and branding in Settings.
2. Invite teammates and assign the minimum role each person needs.
3. Create a reusable protocol template.
4. Invite a patient and wait for the patient to grant consent.
5. Assign the plan, then monitor its response and adherence from the patient chart.
