# Staff PeptIQ Premium

> Active clinic staff receive complimentary PeptIQ Premium on the mobile app. It does not use patient seats.

## Who gets Premium

Every staff member with an active membership on a live clinic organization receives PeptIQ Premium on the PeptIQ mobile app at no extra charge when they sign in with the same work email. Download from the App Store (id6757513095) or Google Play (com.krischase.peptiq). This benefit is separate from patient portal seats.

- Premium turns on when the staff membership is active.
- Premium turns off when the membership is removed or the organization is suspended or canceled.
- Patient seat limits do not change when staff use Premium.

## What staff should do

1. Install the PeptIQ mobile app (App Store or Google Play) and sign in with the same email used for the provider console invite.
2. Premium features unlock automatically for qualifying staff — no separate purchase.
3. If Premium is missing after an invite was accepted, confirm the membership is still active in Team settings.
