Configure the organization

  1. 1Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. 2If Finish clinic setup appears, complete MFA and locations first (see Finish clinic setup).
  3. 3Confirm the organization name and upload a recognizable logo (organization-wide branding).
  4. 4Review organization status, billing information, and seat usage under Settings.
  5. 5If you operate more than one site, open Settings → Locations and add each site (default access mode: assigned).
  6. 6Record the organization ID when support asks for it; do not use it as a patient identifier.

Agree on operating conventions

  • Use consistent template names that identify the clinical purpose, not a specific patient.
  • Decide who may create templates, assign plans, and acknowledge alerts.
  • Document how clinical changes are reviewed outside PeptIQ when your policy requires a formal medical-record entry.
  • Treat cost values as planning assumptions and define who maintains purchase prices.
  • Decide which staff are location-scoped versus organization-wide (floating providers or shared nursing).

Complete a launch check

  1. 1Complete Security → MFA if your organization requires verification.
  2. 2Confirm locations under Settings and leave assigned access mode unless policy requires otherwise.
  3. 3Invite one internal test user with a non-admin role (or use bulk CSV import), choosing the correct location scope.
  4. 4Create a test template and review dose, schedule, reconstitution, and patient instructions.
  5. 5Run the patient invitation and consent flow with an approved test account.
  6. 6Confirm that each role can see only the expected areas before onboarding real patients.
