Two connected apps, two responsibilities

The Provider Console is the clinic workspace for managing patients, protocol templates, assignments, adherence, alerts, team access, and organization settings. The PeptIQ patient app is the patient-owned workspace for reviewing and responding to assigned plans, logging injections, and sharing consented health information.

Providers author and assign care plans; patients review and act on them in their app.
Patients control consent to clinical data such as injections, labs, vitals, protocols, and messages.
The console summarizes operational and consented clinical data; it is not a replacement for an EHR or the source medical record.

Know the main work areas

1Use Dashboard for clinic-wide activity and quick operational signals.
2Use Analytics for adherence and alert trends; hover the ? tips on each chart for definitions, then open Adherence or Alerts for follow-up.
3Use Revenue for peptide cost, sell price, and projected monthly margin (not an accounting ledger).
4Use Patients to invite people and open a patient chart (profile photos come from the patient app when shared).
5Use Protocols to manage clinic templates and review assignments.
6Use Adherence and Alerts to prioritize follow-up; location nudge tolerances live in Settings.
7Use Education for clinician peptide literacy and Ask Research.
8Organization administrators use Finish clinic setup once, then Team and Settings for access and configuration.

Recommended first workflow

1Confirm the clinic name and branding in Settings.
2Invite teammates and assign the minimum role each person needs.
3Create a reusable protocol template.
4Invite a patient and wait for the patient to grant consent.
5Assign the plan, then monitor its response and adherence from the patient chart.
